I have over a decades experience leading and delivering complex change and transformation from both within industry and as a management consultant.

I have experience in private and public sectors having worked in the NHS, Government, Retail Utilities, Recruitment and Electricity Networks.

Drawing from this broad experience I have deployed numerous successful programmes and helped clients achieve their objectives through a determined, pragmatic approach to change and transformation delivery.
